Can I ask about older records?
Yes. As long as the record is saved, you can ask about it months or years later, in your own words. You do not need the original file name. Describe the visit, the medicine or the date.
Are my health records private?
They are private by architecture: encrypted at rest with a key per account, with every read logged. Sensitive numbers are masked by default in Rediscover.
