Agent Ethan — Privacy Policy

In short. Agent Ethan is an accessibility tool that operates your other apps when you ask it to. To do that it reads the screen of the app you point it at and, while a task you started is running, sends that screen content to an AI service to work out the next step.
Screen content and voice are used only to carry out your task and are not stored after the task finishes. We keep only your email and a daily usage count. We never sell your data and we show no ads.
1. Who we are
Agent Ethan (the "app") is provided by Neural Forge Technologies ([registered entity name and address]) ("Neural Forge", "we", "us"). This policy explains what the app processes and why. For anything here, contact [email protected].
2. The Accessibility Service
Agent Ethan runs as an Android Accessibility Service, which you switch on yourself in Android Settings › Accessibility. With your explicit permission the service:
- reads the content of the screen of the app you asked it to operate — text, UI structure, and a screenshot of that screen when the text alone is not enough;
- performs the taps, typing and scrolling needed for the task you asked for.
It does this only while a task you started is running. Agent Ethan never starts a task on its own and does nothing when you are not actively using it. You can turn the service off at any time in Android Settings. It never presses Pay, Buy, Book, Send money or Delete on its own — it stops and hands the phone back to you.
3. What we process, and why

4. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We show no advertising and do not use an advertising ID.
- We do not use your screen content, voice or tasks to build a profile of you or to train models.
- The Accessibility Service is used only to deliver the assistive features described here, in line with Google Play's Accessibility API requirements.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that make the app work: Google (Gemini API for reasoning; Firebase for sign-in and usage counting) and our speech-recognition provider. They process it on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Retention
Screen content, screenshots and voice are not retained after the task. Account data is kept until you delete your account (see Delete account). Minimal operational logs, which contain no screen content or screenshots, are kept for up to [30/90] days for security and reliability, then deleted.
7. Your choices and rights
- Revoke access: turn Agent Ethan off in Android Settings › Accessibility at any time, or sign out in the app.
- Delete your account and data: see Delete account.
- Access, correction, objection: email [email protected] and we will respond within [30] days.
8. Children
Agent Ethan is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children under [13/16, per your target markets]. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the account.
9. Security
Data in transit is encrypted. Access to account data is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by our providers' security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Where data is processed
Processing takes place in India (Google Cloud asia-south1) and on Google's infrastructure for the Gemini and Firebase services. By using the app you understand your data may be processed in these locations.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
