Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your MemX account and all associated data.
Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All uploaded memories, photos, and documents
- Chat history and session data
- Reminders and calendar entries
- Account settings and preferences
How It Works
Account deletion follows a 30-day process:
- Day 0: You submit a deletion request (via the app or this page)
- Days 1-30: Your account is marked for deletion. You can cancel by logging in again.
- After 30 days: Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Prefer to use the app? Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete Account for an in-app deletion flow.
